Returns Window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods
- Personal-care items once opened
- Sale or clearance items marked final
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
