What exactly is MerchantWave?
MerchantWave is a subscription based commerce platform. One monthly fee unlocks the point of sale, online storefront, inventory system, customer CRM and reports. Think of it as an operating system for running a modern retail or service business.
Who is MerchantWave for?
Independent shops, growing multi location retailers and service businesses that want one system instead of five. We support grocery, retail, restaurant, pharmacy, automotive, salon, wholesale and more.
Do I need any hardware?
No. MerchantWave runs on any laptop, tablet or phone with a browser. If you want to accept in store payments we support common card readers, receipt printers and barcode scanners.
How is my data protected?
Every business gets a completely isolated workspace enforced by row level security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only staff you invite can see it.
Can I move my data in and out?
Yes. Import from CSV or from other platforms during onboarding. Export a full copy of your data at any time from the Reports page. There is no lock in.
What does it cost?
Growth is $29 per month and Pro is $99 per month. A limited Starter plan is available for smaller shops. See the Pricing page for a full comparison.
Do you offer support?
Yes. Every plan includes email support. Growth and Pro also include priority response times and onboarding help.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in a single click. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
